My favorite spots in Rock Hill are…
El Cancun (Mexican) & Momo's (Donuts).
I chose Winthrop because…
It was the perfect mix of being close to home, but far enough to feel independent. Combined with the amazing and dedicated Political Science professors, Winthrop felt like a perfect fit for me! I chose Winthrop because of its size. I knew I would greatly benefit from smaller class sizes, while being interconnected with the larger Winthrop community.
My most memorable Winthrop experience…
Welcome week and feeling the sense of community that Winthrop provides. The consistent activities on campus helped me to see Winthrop as my home, it also helped to pique my interest into all opportunities Winthrop offered.
My favorite Winthrop tradition...
The Blue Line! Seeing all of the new students in one area made me feel and see the community I had. It also excited me to begin my career at Winthrop and be able to see how excited everyone was for me to be here.
